Reception

Liked:Overall I would say that my stay here has been great however I am writing this review due to the experience I have had with one of the receptionists, specifically Magdelena. She was very rude and dismissive. My partner and i were politely asking simple requests but were completely dismissed and felt she was rude and abrupt. This is not what we expect from a 5 star hotel - customer service should be friendly and helpful not dismissive like this. I believe that you pay a premium to stay at a 5 star hotel like this due to the service that comes with it but honestly feel very disappointed with the lack of attentiveness and coldness of Magdelena.
