Liked:The large balcony and the location. Comfortable beds and great to be able to use the shower downstairs later in the day before our departure

Disliked:Being told our towels had to be sent of for special cleaning as there was some makeup on them. The letter informing us of this was patronising. We are 3 ladies in our 50's who know how to remove our make up properly!

Liked:We stayed here during the off-season and had a really pleasant experience overall. The apartment is definitely on the older side, but it’s clear that it’s been well maintained and cared for. Everything was clean and functional, which made the stay comfortable and stress-free. One of the biggest highlights is the location — it’s extremely close to the beach, just a short walk away, which was fantastic. Parking was also very convenient, something that can be hard to find in Majorca, and we never had any issues with it. Even though we visited outside the main season, there were still plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby, giving us lots of options without needing to travel far. All in all, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a well-located, practical place to stay near the sea.

Great location, lovely and clean.

Liked:Beautiful location with a sea view and the owners very kindly allocated an apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace and loungers so we could enjoy the sun. Fairly quiet at night and only a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants and seafront. Apartment was lovely and clean and the cleaner came to refresh bedding and towels once during our 5 night stay. You have towels to use on the terrace only (not for the beach, so bring your own separate towels if you intend to enjoy the beach) and there's a coffee machine in the apartment too. On the day of departure you can use the locker room and we also noticed a little shower in there too so you can freshen up. There's also a toilet for guests to use after checkout should the need arise. Reception closes at 2:30pm and appeared to be closed all day Sunday. Staff spoke Spanish and English.

Disliked:There's no privacy on the terrace and absolutely everyone likes to smoke like chimneys here, so we got the full smoking experience from the neighbours either side via the 3ft high dividers between terraces. Unfortunately if we left the patio door open for even a few minutes the smell of smoke wafted into the apartment which made me feel quite ill at times. Not solely the owners fault, but maybe enforce rules about consideration for others? Not everyone wants to inhale the disgusting habit of others 24hrs a day. One neighbour in particular was not smoking tobacco - definately something else and the stench was just horrific day and night. You could even smell it as you approached the apartment block from the street.
