At the time of the check out the tenant must ensure: -The property is left in a clean and tidy condition. -To lock the property and put the keys through the letterbox (unless instructed otherwise). -Ensure all the lights are switched off. -All the heating is reset (switched off). -All rubbish should be left in the waste disposal room/site. Please note if the tenant fails to comply with these requirements, any cost incurred will be deducted from the security deposit or additional charges will be made.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
