Ok Nice staff

Liked:It was all ok. Accessible room not very accessible by non wheelchair users as bed pushed a foot away from the wardrobe - which might lead to a disabled person being trapped between bed and wardrobe. We are not disabled.

Liked:The reception lady was very helpfull and polite, we had a AC problem with the initial room we were given. They had one of their repair guys look at it. The problem was not fixed, I asked them for a different room an hour after being given the room. They gave us a different room within 5 min of me asking.

Excellent hotel in a perfect quite location outside Oxford city. Good value for money.

Liked:Modern hotel in a perfect location next to restaurants and leisure centres and away from the city centre. Rooms clean quite with comfortable beds. Great value for money considering the location. Ample free parking.

Our stay was great value for money and we would return.

Liked:The staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The price included a hot breakfast and there was a good choice of items to choose from.

Disliked:The beds were comfortable but quite high and my elderly mother had some difficulty getting on to hers as she is under 5ft with mobility problems.
