Very clean and comfortable pet-friendly apartment

Liked:Pet friendly apartments, which is exactly what I was looking for! Extremely clean! Check in was like a hotel. Very comfortable bed. Coffee downstairs, very convenient. I would definetely stay with my pet at LIV again.

Liked:The roof top terrace

Disliked:Apartment unit was nice, however we had blood stains on our bedding and not just 1 spot. When we got there we were told the elevators were broken but he could help us get upstairs w our luggage by operating it himself (front desk person).Told him I had concerns as we were on the 10th floor and I can’t do 10 flights of stairs, he said no problem just call whenever you need to go up or down and we will help you with the elevators. We decided to order food to the building and he would not let the uber delivery person upstairs (safety reasons, that’s fine) however I tried calling for assistance to get downstairs and called many many times and no one answered. When he finally called me back he said “that’s what you spammed me for” very unprofessional and it should not matter the reason, point was I needed to get downstairs and no one would help me. I should not have to feel trapped on the 10th floor of a hotel. Luckily we only booked there for 1 night. The next morning we had to leave at 6am due to my partner having to work. They were not helpful. The guy at the front desk was a different person who didn’t even know he could operate the elevator himself if need be. Once we got downstairs a half hour later (my partner ended up being late for work). I had called the day before to state my issues and the other person at the front desk said that management would be in in the morning and to talk to them about comping something for the inconvenience. Since I was leaving at 6am management was not there so I talked to the different guy at front desk and he basically laughed at me for my inconvenience with the elevator because so many people complained about it, they are a 12 floor hotel/apartment. They should’ve had someone in within an hour of all the elevators breaking to fix at least one because not everyone can do those stairs and people should not be trapped. I also blame management as they shouldve been on site to help their 2 employees. Don’t stay here.

Exceptional stay, 100 % will book again.

Liked:It was very easy to find, located close to downtown. The building was clean and secure, the unit was super nice and well worth the price. Rooftop patio was beautiful.

Disliked:Ac was a little weak but it was also a heat wave. Bedroom could have used a fan. The tv was a little laggy and out dated but no problem if you brought a laptop or Roku
