Liked:The owner is talkative and helpful to provide useful information on local restaurants and events. The location is so nice to be in a shopping street and not far from Biwa Lake to see the Grand Fireworks. The price is much more economic compared with other nearby properties.

Disliked:A bit hard to find since it is in the Otsu Japan-China Association. No elevator and the rooms are assessed through steep stairs, which are not so friendly for heavy luggage. Room is small with basic furniture. Bed covers and sheets do not like freshly washed.
