Disliked:The air con in the room doesn’t seem to be working well. Quite hot despite setting it to 18 degree Celsius. Not the best option for family with baby.

Unforgettable experience

Liked:The onsen was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the barrel sauna. The breakfast buffet was so extensive! However if you are looking for an American style breakfast, this isn't going to meet your needs. The on-site souvenir shop was so well priced with such great variety. The two women working there were so kind. The happy hour is a nice touch as well. We paid to have the shabuShabu dinner and it didnt disappoint. Absolutely amazing.

Disliked:The bathroom! It is so tiny that the sink overhangs the bathtub. I don't understand why it was made this way. The toilet is also one of the worst toilets we have experienced in Japan
