Awful. Hidden fees. EVERYTHING COSTS EXTRA.

Liked:The rooms were spacious, the pools were open late, some of the staff were super friendly!

Disliked:You have to pay a parking fee PER DAY, that you are staying on property. So that was a fun immediate $200+ fee we weren’t aware of. On top of that they also charge you an immediate $300 incidental charge right off the bat. Again, not something you are made aware of until you are checking in. I’m use to having a credit card on file for incidentals, but never that high of an amount. After we finally got checked in, we arrived to our room where we found a dirty q-tip in the toilet, one bath towel (for a family of 5), zero hand towels, zero wash cloths. The shower was full of someone else’s hair. The handle to the shower wouldn’t stay put and kept falling to the hottest setting. Then to top it all off, we started a load of laundry because we have been traveling for a few days before arriving at this resort, and the washer flooded our entire room. We called guest services and they had someone come up and clean the mess, I explained everything that we had experienced and the lady I spoke with was super kind and offered to move us rooms and even upgraded our room at no cost to make up for all the issues we had since arrival. We were very appreciative and hopeful that it was going to look up from there! Spoiler alert, it didn’t. We finally got moved rooms a little after midnight (with 3 cranky children who had been up since super early and traveling all day), and there were zero pillows in the room. There was a total of 2 pillows for 3 beds! So we went back to the room that we were originally in and took the pillows off those beds so that our kids could just go to sleep and we didn’t have to wait on them. Then while my husband and I took a second to just relax and breathe after the long day out on the patio, and we observed a COCKROACH crawling on our patio door. At this point, we could do nothing but laugh. We checked the rest of the room and were unable to find any more so we decided to just go to bed since we had been up for close to 24 hours at this point.
