Great location and experience. I was really surprised at how clean and nice the hotel was! Enjoyed..

Liked:Nice staff, clean and comfortable room. Location within walking distance to Epcot. Easy boat access to Epcot or MGM. Buses to other parks with easy access from the hotel. Nice food options but rather expensive. I like that you can use the amenities at both the Swan and the Dolphin. The grotto pool at the Dolphin is really nice. We had a really great experience and would most certainly stay again!

Lovely stay, would definitely recommend 😊

Liked:Room was lovely, balcony smaller than we expected. Lots of good food facilities. Pools and recreational areas all great.

Disliked:This hotel actually refused to give me a receipt for my booking made on Booking.com, claiming that because I booked through Booking.com, the receipt they print would show an amount of $0. They said they have no idea how much we actually paid on Booking.com. I've never heard of such a thing — it's absolutely ridiculous. I stayed at another hotel that was also booked through Booking.com, and they printed me a receipt with the total amount I paid on Booking.com without any issues
