Liked:They made two charges to my tdc of $100 each time! For a luxury hotel, the corridors to the rooms smelled horrible! And the attention when I did the check-in basically the host threw me a sheet the keys to the room and the charge

Liked:Location , close to Disney boardwalk and Epcot and Hollywood studios. Also the pool area is excellent

Disliked:Prices in the grab n go fountains restaurant are a bit pricey compared to boardwalk

Disliked:Since we arrived the room was not ready, they gave us a very bad different room, anyway their best room that is so far from the elevators and does not vary much from the worst they showed us, we walked from the lobby at least 10 minutes or more to get to our room and that every time we went to the pool or any hotel amenities, since there was only one area of elevators to the east and another to the west and it was really very far from the rooms very bad, the staff Who works in customer service at the counter, everyone was very bad at attending us, they put a bad attitude and treated us very badly, only the manager could show quality of attention once of the 5 that we talked to them. If you have children, it is not recommended at all, it has nothing to do with a Disney hotel, it is better to pay less and in the cheap hotels that if they belong to Disney one has a better time and they serve you very well, in this hotel it was bad attention from all the staff in general throughout the hotel.
