DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!

Liked:DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. THEY WILL CANCEL LAST MINUTE AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED. THEY HAVE THIS PLACE LISTED ON MULTIPLE SITES AND THEN THEY GO WITH THE HIGHER PAYER...EVEN IF YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS AND CONTACT THEM 72 HOURS BEFORE, THEY WILL NOT RESPOND AND THEN TELL YOU ON THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION TO BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT BOOK ANY PROPERTY SAYING YOU MUST CONTACT THEM 72 HOURS BEFORE, ITS A SCAM. THEY WILL CANCEL AND TELL YOU THAT YOU BOOKED LAST MINUTE OR YOU DIDN'T CONTACT THEM 72 HOURS BEFORE...EVEN IF YOU DID

Liked:The property was clean, located in a gated community with security patrolling. The house was beautifully decorated with bathrooms for each bedroom. We did not like the fact that air conditioners are only in the bedrooms. The living, dinning and kitchen area are unbearably hot in the Jamaica summer heat. We were not able to enjoy that common area. There is only one TV in the 3 bedroom house and we were not able to watch it because it was so hot in the common area with no air conditioner. The TV soundbar also did not work. I would not recommend this property because of the fact that it is very, very hot during the summer and our inability to enjoy family time in the common area because there is no air conditioner.

Liked:We were not let into the place, called Expedia multiple time for 3 hours. Expedia person said they have called the property manager and nothing else could be done. We had to book another hotel. Very bad experience.
