Liked:We had booked a reservation through Booking.com and upon arrival we were informed the card on file for room wouldn't go through, that was because we had selected PAY AT PROPERTY!! So our reservation had been canceled, we had reserved a bottom floor as we were traveling with a service dog and my daughter is handicapped and needs a cane for assistance in walking and is on oxygen, we were then informed they had no more bottom floor rooms so we were put on second floor. We we finally got in our room there were containers of food left in room,it smelled like urine outside room.Very disappointing.

Very Uneasy

Liked:The location was convenient. It was close toto the freeway and Lisa of places to eat.

Disliked:The place felt very unsafe. The door was missing the extra security lock. That would not have been so bad if the door wasn't warped or whatever happened, because the top and bottom were curved so much I could see the light outside. If it wasn't for the fact that I was on the third floor and I was exhausted I would have left. Also, there were some cigarettes burn marks still present on surfaces, the sink backed up and the phone didn't work.

Disliked:It was so dirty! The walls need to be wiped down. Our rooms had dirty sheets.
