Great hotel with great customer service

Liked:This hotel is right next to the beach and walking distance from many bars and restaurants. The customer service was superb, from the valet workers to the front desk staff. The rooms were nice and clean. The gym was nice and spacious. The rooftop restaurant and pool were also very nice.

Wonderful Stay…

Liked:We had a wonderful stay at Mission Pacific Hotel in Oceanside. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the ocean view was absolutely fantastic. Everything about the property created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. As a Globalist member, I had booked a suite and requested an upgrade to a higher-category suite, but unfortunately that request could not be accommodated. Nevertheless, we still had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property and its amenities. What made our visit even more special was the thoughtful birthday surprise waiting for us. The hotel provided complimentary chocolates, a bottle of wine, and a personalized birthday letter, which we greatly appreciated. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued as guests and demonstrated the personalized attention and care the team provides. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Oceanside.
