Liked:While the female receptionist on duty during my check-in was quite indifferent, I would like to note that all the other front desk staff and service team members I encountered throughout my stay were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Disliked:My primary purpose for this visit was to attend an exhibition. Unfortunately, I found the shuttle bus service between the hotel and the exhibition center to be significantly reduced compared to previous experiences. The current schedule did not meet my needs, forcing me to incur extra costs for taxis. Additionally, my room was located next to the swimming pool, and the noise level—compounded by children playing and the proximity to the restaurant—was quite disruptive throughout my stay.

Paid way to much $ for zero amenities

Liked:Great staff

Disliked:No fridge or microwave. Ice machine was broken on our floor. Sink drain wouldn’t pop up. Bar noise was loud. Elevator door kept opening and closing 2-3x every time we go on it. Curtains couldn’t close since there was a bar blocking each side and the parking lot lights would shine in. I used a hair clip to hold them together. Price was increased due to a conference and we were only there since it was close to the surgery center.
