What a joke!

Liked:The area and room was very accommodating.

Disliked:There was no hot water over 24 hours. On top of that, called the front desk 2 times and they said someone was working on it. Did not leave a message about if it was fixed. Woke up next morning trying to call the front desk no answer or Explanation.

Nice location, but could be better

Liked:The location was nice. The staff was nice.

Disliked:There was only one elevator working. The iron was subpar. The sofa was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. I believe there was a mouse.
