Disliked:The room smelled very damp, you could see the mold in the washroom. Overall I definately won't be staying here again. For the price we paid

The hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope management will improve the cleanlines

Liked:We recently stayed at Falls Hotel for two nights. Overall, the location was excellent and very convenient for visiting Niagara Falls. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options.

Disliked:the room itself appeared to be clean, the bed sheets did not seem to be fresh and looked as though they had already been used. The TV in our room was not working during our stay. The parking was not free, and we paid $45 for two nights, which should be made clearer when booking. The biggest concern was the pool area. The swimming pool water did not appear to be clean, and the jacuzzi was extremely dirty. It looked like the water had not been changed for a long time. Because of the condition of the jacuzzi, I did not allow my children to use it.
