Disliked:I feel that this hotel is quite expensive at nearly $500 per night. I expected to have a great view of the falls, but I was assigned a room on the 9th floor, which did not provide a good view of the falls. As a result, the scenery was disappointing and it was difficult to take nice photos. I also noticed bugs in the room, which was very unpleasant. In addition, Wi-Fi was not included and required an extra charge, which was unexpected considering the price of the hotel. The parking fee was also very expensive, and the parking lot was not located inside the hotel. We had to walk about five minutes from the parking area to the hotel, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations given the price I paid.
