You can't beat a place just about a 10-minute walk from the falls with great food and friendly hosts

Liked:Everything was great. Very clean. Enjoyable. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Disliked:There wasn't anything we did not like. Could not have asked for anything better. We will definately choose this place again.

Welcoming hosts, very clean studio room, great location!

Liked:Convenient location, 10/15 minute walk to the attractions of Niagara Falls. FYI: The nearest WEGO bus stop was situated at Bird Kingdom (one way south). The WEGO B&B stop was considerably further away from Susan’s Villa & Niagara Falls.

Disliked:I don’t like wasting food & at breakfast we were presented with a plate with a variety of sweet & savoury options which is definitely not how we would choose to eat breakfast, but also some foods we wouldn’t eat at breakfast (like processed ham) & food we wouldn’t eat anyway as not to our taste. Definitely not as suggested with the photos on line which showed a more usual egg & bacon cooked breakfast! I’d suggest an improvement would be a TICK LIST of items available to choose from the evening before, especially as there are 2 breakfast sittings.
