Good value

Liked:It was very clean and the room was spacious. The spa bath was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The location wasnt very picturesque with the room overlooking a car park but I guess thats a trade off for being very convenient for access to the town.

I had a great experience at the Sterling Inn overall and I would recommend and return again.

Liked:The jacuzzi was impeccable as well as the spa services. All staff interactions were pleasant and helpful. The room exceeded expectations, particularly the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was also a bonus.

Disliked:As our main mode of transportation was a car, the $18/night parking fee accompanied by a "service fee" was not ideal considering that we were already staying at the hotel. Additionally, as one of us had an egg allergy, the alternative breakfast options were quite limited.

Liked:The staff was lovely. The room was sizable with a steam shower that was amazing. The bed was very comfortable.

Disliked:The coffee in the room was not good. Perhaps upgrading to a Nespresso machine would be better. Also, breakfast was more like a snack than a meal. The one egg each that my husband and I were served was tiny. The coffee was not good.
