Liked:We just mostly slept there and the beds were great. We like the courtyard layout and used the extra seating there to play cards.

Disliked:More pillows. Having the breakfast open before 8 am. We couldn't find anyone to help us with the breakfast information. We thought the parking was included so we were surprised to have to pay for that. Please indicate on the booking information that the parking is not free.

Aside from the location, I wasn't satisfied; a place like this needs better service and presentation.

Liked:I liked the location.

Disliked:The cleaning wasn't good; the sheets needed changing every day, the door cards were difficult to open, and there could be more activities in the garden. I had requested a crib for my 2-year-old before leaving, but it wasn't brought to the room.

Liked:The water park passes were offered as a package. Perkins was within the hotel. Clifton hill, casino and the falls were all within walking distance.

Disliked:Slow elevators, room had no exterior view, hallways conditions looked outdated, limited parking.
