Liked:Nice beds

Disliked:The room they gave us had a cracked up shower and kept getting the floor soaked and the handle to change the temp was broken.

Liked:The breakfast was satisfactory.

Disliked:It was under reservation and was not told until the day before of our stay. Did not like the location of the hotel. I thought we were staying by Niagara Falls.

Our stay was convenient, comfortable, and clean.

Liked:I enjoyed the breakfast and pool amenities. The hotel was also close to Niagara Falls State Park.

Disliked:I did not like that my credit was charged before I arrived on the property. I selected that I would pay when I arrive. Secondly, I did not like being charged for parking. Lastly, not having access to online streaming platforms such as Netflix, Hulu, or Youtube. The facility should add smart television to the renovation process.
