Disliked:One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had I booked a suite expecting a comfortable stay, but the reality was completely different. The room was extremely outdated, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. It was clear that the room had not been properly maintained or cleaned. What made the experience even worse was the shocking level of customer service. During the night, there was a serious leak in my room, making it impossible to stay there. At around 4:00 AM, I was forced to leave the room, yet the staff refused to provide an alternative room and refused to offer any refund or compensation. Instead of helping a guest in the middle of the night, the staff showed no concern whatsoever and even asked me to leave the lobby. Being left without a room at 4:00 AM and receiving no assistance is completely unacceptable. This hotel failed on every level: cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and basic hospitality. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to stay elsewhere. There are many better options. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
