Disliked:There were unhoused substance abusers openly using drugs on the outside stairs of the property. From morning until night. When I had mentioned something the next morning at checkout it was as if nobody knew anything. We had our 2 young daughters with us. Not a great look.’

Liked:The location of the hotel

Disliked:There’s no elevator. Also, there’s no place for keeping luggage for couple hours after check out. You can definitely keep a storage area for the luggage with a token as a complementary gift for the guests just checked out, so that the guests can visit the beautiful Niagara until their departure time. You should consider it as it’s a very touristic area
