Great location, room not so great w ac trouble, fully booked.

Liked:The ac sounded like a smoke detector, loud, and the hotel was full so they couldn't give us another room. We had to turn it off to sleep so warm in the morning. Mykayla from corporate did the best she could to accommodate us and discounted the room. Great location. Plenty of safe parking.

Perfect spot

Liked:PROS: Right across from Niagara Falls, NY. A bit more expensive than the others but worth it. Staff is friendly and rooms are mostly clean CONS: Toilet ran all night. Tried juggling the handle but to no avail. The a/c was very loud and not in a put-you-to-sleep kind. Didn’t call the front desk. Those poor folks were running ragged. Very nice and helpful staff. Just don’t all of you can check in early. They’re sticklers even when we got a tornado. We ran to the basement stairs and hid there. Eek 😳
