Great value for the money spent! Excellent experience!

Liked:Loved the property and the location was close enough to the falls. It was a comfortable walk. The staff were excellent. Both Nikki and Leo were helpful and made the stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was great with a tasty assortment of hot and cold foods. Great value for the price.

Disliked:Lots of light coming through the rooms especially on a sunny day. Another reason to get out and enjoy the property and the amenities close by.

Liked:It was a happy & comfortable stay!!! Thank you very much Robin and Susan. The location is perfect too, and of course the breakfast was one of the highlights.

We'll be back!

Liked:Excellent except not for vegetarians. There were other options, but some of our group don't eat eggs or sausage. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and want to ensure their guests are well taken care of.

Disliked:The bathtubs are sometimes slippery, it would be a great idea to add grab bars to get in and out. Some of the rooms had shampoo and conditioner, other rooms did not.

A safe, quaint, homey inn in the perfect location

Liked:The staff - Robin & Susan - were AMAZING. They make up for any & all shortcomings of the property. Don't get me wrong, the property is beautiful, but there are some cosmetic repairs needed and upkeep by the owner. The location is excellent with a bus stop literally in front of the house. I also loved that I could have a room that was very large and comfortably accommodated my spouse and one child, who had her own twin bed at the other side of the room.

Disliked:There are a lot of cosmetic repairs that need to be made to the home -such as new blinds, fresh paint on windows, new air window units, etc. The bathroom window was in need of repair - I wouldn't even dare try to open it because it was in such bad shape. These cosmetic repairs wouldn't cost a lot to make, but should be done, right. The mattresses and pillows could be newer and comfier, too. Last, while the towels were nice and plentiful, there is only hand soap in the bathroom. There are no lotions, shampoo, or anything "extra." I haven't stayed in a hotel or inn ever where there was nothing but hand soap.
