Nice place to enjoy some days off.

Liked:I didn’t have breakfast because it wasn’t included.

Disliked:I would like the rooms to be cleaner as well as the pool. Some staff weren’t nice at all and they wouldn’t even smile at us.

Family friendly Environment!

Liked:I really liked the kid-friendly water park, clean room and playground located at the back of the resort. It’s a great place for children to have fun and enjoy some outdoor time. Another plus is the large parking lot, which can accommodate more than 300 cars, making parking very convenient. The best part for us was having an onsite Boston Pizza restaurant. It’s super convenient for families, especially when you have kids and don’t want to leave the resort for a meal. Overall, a very family-friendly place for a fun weekend getaway!

Disliked:What I didn’t like about the property is that the water park can become quite crowded. I think it would be better to limit the number of guests admitted at a time, so everyone can enjoy the park comfortably instead of dealing with a rushed and overcrowded environment. There are also some important safety improvements needed. In particular, near the two slides on the left side, the base of the slides appears to protrude above the floor, creating a risk of children or adults bumping their feet. This area should be repaired, replaced, or properly covered with suitable safety padding. Another area that needs improvement is ventilation. The strong chlorine smell inside the water park can be uncomfortable, so better exhaust and ventilation systems would help improve air quality and the overall experience. Overall, the property has great potential for families, but improving crowd control, slide-area safety, and ventilation would make the experience much better.
