Liked:the view the craft beer on the floor first, I checked online, they have so many varieties beer. I wish tui blue have more option so i can purchase more staff cleaner-well communication

Disliked:elevator, glitch when i enter my floor number, but it didn't stop at my floor. it went back down. everytime i enter my floor number, it get reset when someone enter their number. so annoying

Liked:We had a fantastic stay in the Club Room. The breakfast was a highlight, offering both Asian and Western styles in a great family-friendly setup near the pool. We also appreciated the hotel’s flexibility; when we had an early departure, they prepared a takeaway breakfast box for us. The evening canapés (5–7 PM) were a lovely touch, and the staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. The parking staff at Basement Floor was also helpful and nice.

Overall we found this hotel represents excellent value for money in the area, and really enjoyed our stay.

Liked:We enjoyed our stay here. On the plus side it’s in an excellent central location, the rooms are spacious, clean and we really appreciated the excellent showed (great water pressure). Staff were helpful and very friendly. The check in and out process was seamless.

Disliked:Only a couple of areas could be improved. The lounge chairs at the pool don’t have cushions, so it’s not conducive to extended stays relaxing by the pool. The pool could also benefit from more upbeat music. And there aren’t nearly enough beach chairs on their section of beach, so we ended up renting chairs each day further down the beach. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of.
