Liked:This hotel enjoys a superb location, positioned at the very end of the bustling pedestrian shopping streets. This affords guests a peaceful sanctuary, offering a welcome respite from the usual clamor of the city center. Furthermore, the establishment is exceptionally well-maintained, and its staff is consistently described as outstanding.

Disliked:While the rooms themselves present a distinctly modern aesthetic, the connecting corridor, in stark contrast, betrays considerable signs of age. The breakfast on the 5th floor is acceptable, despite the difficulty in finding available seating. In contrast, the 4th-floor option does not offer the complete selection of food items found in the main restaurant. The "private beach" is a misnomer; only eight umbrellas are provided, and these are typically claimed by 6:30 AM.

Luxurious wait times

Liked:For a luxury hotel this was a let down. The stay and overall experience was in the middle. However it didn’t scream 5 stars for me or my family. The most dissapointing was breakfast and the lifts. I think it’s actually quite cool to have face recognition to check guests in for breakfast. But other than that the coordination in the breakfast hall was a bit lacking. Two out of three times did we not find cutlery on the table or available anywhere. It took a while to find someone who could help us with that, nevertheless the staff were still nice with it. The lifts could be better. They are modern and aesthetical, however it is safe to say that the algorithm could be better to give guests and staff a smoother ride. It’s becausr of this algorithm did it take a lift an average of 3-7 minutes to actually appear (without being full). So that’s definantly a quality of life improvement thats just waiting to be fixed. Additionally the hotel should see to have some more restrictions or harsher guidelines when it comes to partying. Constantly you could hear loud music and partying happening on the floors above. This made a peaceful sleep quite hard in the beginning. However the hotel still has some good aspects, but I just think theres still a lot more to improve on. Nevertheless I’d still give this spot a 3.5/5.
