Great location and staff but..............

Liked:Booking and reception experience were the highlight of this stay. We were allocated room 701 which had great ocean front views however that is where the positives end. We were able to access the room via sliding a credit card or piece of cardboard through the door jam and slipping the lock. The door was broken. The room safe did not work and the toilet and vanity sink both had water running out of them onto the bathroom floor which we could not stop. The towels, hand towels and bath mat were all covered in what appeared to be oil stains. Lastly the breakfast consisted of a half cooked one egg omelette with a 3 day old Banh Mi and a small bottle of water. No juice or coffee. Could not recommend this property to anyone.

Very average experience

Liked:The room was okay but ours was situated near the lift, which kept on being super noisy all night long. The staff seemed indifferent and the breakfast was underwhelming. Our conclusion is that you can probably do better hotel wise. On the very same street there are a plenty of other hotels worth checking out. Location is great but surroundings are very much geared towards the Russian demographic!
