Liked:The location 1 free ice cream everyday The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The young girl checking us in was very nice the manager also. There is a kind of a private beach but it’s still open to others than the hotel guests, you pay 100d and get a drink and a sun bed till 4pm. The housekeeping did a great job everyday.breakfast was good and you can choose from many things. Shopping mall with a supermarket just next to the hotel. Good seafood restaurants in the area. On our last night the had accommodated us with a connecting room which we appreciated very much!

Disliked:The bathroom set up, the bath was too small and if you wanted to take shower all the water went everywhere around the bath, not practical. Hotel is very huge so is the breakfast area, therefore it can get overwhelming and loud in the morning.

Liked:We very much enjoyed our stay here. Front house officer Annie was very warm and welcoming, as well as all the other staff who never failed to say hello each time we came and left. Location was fantastic, buffet was great food with lovely views.

Disliked:Bathroom cleaning could have been a little better, but didn't take away from our experience at Star City. .
