Liked:The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the hotel is in a very convenient location. The rest of the staff we interacted with were kind and friendly, which we really appreciated. Overall, the hotel itself was pleasant and suitable for a short stay.

Disliked:Unfortunately, our experience with one of the receptionists was disappointing and affected our overall impression of the hotel. She was not very welcoming or helpful. When we arrived, we were told that we had to either leave one of our passports or pay a 1,000,000 VND deposit. We were later told that the passport was only needed as security in case we used services such as laundry or the spa, so we feel she should have first asked whether we intended to use these services instead of immediately asking us to leave a passport or pay a deposit. Due to a system error, we later had to return to provide the passports again, and she went through them page by page and took several photos of my passport with her personal phone, which made us uncomfortable. It is unfortunate that one negative interaction can have such a strong impact on the overall experience, especially when the rest of the staff were kind and friendly. The carpets on the different floors also looked quite dirty and neglected. We hope the hotel can improve the reception service and pay more attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the carpets.
