Do not recommend. While location is good, the facilities including room cleanliness were awful.

Liked:There wasn't a lot to like about the property. The proximity to the beach and town was great.

Disliked:The room was barely clean; there were ants and areas like the bathroom and walls appeared as though they'd never had a thorough clean. The service was poor, reception was quite hesitant to help us even though we only had 1 or 2 requests for our whole trip. One request was for more toilet paper for our room, instead of getting us a fresh roll the reception staff went to the guest toilet in the lobby and pulled a roll from a dusty shelf. The breakfast was not very fresh and the options were limited. The elevators were in very poor condition and if you used the stair well there were always linen and beds in the way, which is also a safety hazard.

Hotel was in a great location, with great views on 13th floor. Swimming pool was a big plus and breakfast was very good.

Liked:Location was great and so was our upgraded room 13th floor

Disliked:The rooms with no windows. Luckily, we were given an upgrade to an excellent room

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Unsafe, filthy, and aggressive staff. Stay away!

Liked:NOTHING. The only positive thing was leaving this place as fast as we could.

Disliked:This was the absolute worst hotel experience of our lives. We booked a stay from September 1st to September 6th, traveling as a family with a young child. We checked in, but the reality was a complete fraud compared to the photos shown on Booking.com.The room was extremely dirty, unhygienic, and filled with old, broken furniture. It felt completely unsafe and unsuitable for a child.When we decided to cut our trip short and check out early on September 3rd due to these terrible conditions, the staff's behavior was shocking. They became extremely hostile, started shouting at us, and aggressively demanded that we pay them 100% of a one-night stay cost as a cash penalty before leaving. They tried to bully and scare us into paying.We refused to pay their illegal fees, took photo evidence of all the violations, and safely left the property. We have already contacted Booking.com customer support regarding this scam.If you are traveling with family or care about your safety and clean conditions, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! They completely lie in their description and mistreat their guests.
