Perfect location but disappointing stay for the price we paid

Liked:The hotel location was perfect, we were on the 20th floor which had amazing views and a good sized balcony. The room was a great size.

Disliked:The room looked as per the photos but you couldn’t see how run down the place was. We were in room B2011 and it is in need of a serious upgrade, the front door doesn’t deadlock, the room smells of damp, the flooring is lifting in places, they had a hob in the room at some point and there is now a stained, water blown board balancing over the hole. The ironing board was covered in stains and the wardrobe and draws smelt of damp. I didn’t bother contacting the host as we arrived after 11pm and were only there 2 nights and didn’t want to loose any of our holiday time. I wouldn’t return to this hotel, I think there are nicer places around for the price we paid.

Amazing stay

Liked:Beautiful rooms clean comfy beds, amazing view, awesome buffet breakfast, great location close to beach shops all walking distance. rooftop pool was amazing also a highlight.

Liked:The location was excellent and the agent was very helpful at all times. Clean and comfortable room with an excellent seaview.

Disliked:Door trim was hanging off the outside of the main door. Toilet paper was stuffed in the main door view glass so unable to see who was outside the door. AC control panel was confusing.
