Liked:Staff were friendly

Disliked:I tried so many times to communicate with the hotel. Email, through booking.com and messages. Maybe six times and they never once replied. Also there's no shower curtain and water goes everywhere

Only 3 stars for me

Liked:Very disappointed. The swimming pool is in poor condition and needs urgent maintenance. The hotel is also overcrowded (Chinese and Russian) with large tour groups who have no manners, especially at the buffet. It felt like a chaotic mess rather than a 3-star hotel. Avoid if you want a peaceful stay.

It was good but i think i will stay somewhere more quiet and peaceful.

Liked:Room a spacious, clean and the staffs are friendly. They probably deserved some raises.

Disliked:Waited 30 mins to check-in due to multiple buses of Chinese tourists. Got a room facing an apartment building. Literally could see people doing their daily routine. They could see everything in the room. The full height Window is nice but useless in this case.
