Disliked:Everything was dirty. The pillows smelt like sweat, bathroom was not clean. Pool chairs were all broken and the gym is completely broken and un useable. The shower head also was broken and would not stay up. They promote these features yet they are not working. The staff were so rude. We tried to check in and the guy was sleeping, made us feel so bad for checking in. Huffing and puffing like it was such an inconvenience. Once we checked in the key got stuck in the door and had to change rooms. We were then forced to sleep in a double bed when we had arranged two single beds. Every time we asked the staff for something it was such an inconvenience to them. Spend a few extra dollars and stay somewhere with a slightly better rating, don’t waste your money.
