Liked:Location was quiet and not as noisy as the central area, but still easy to access by grab. The ocean is a quick walk down the street. The rooms are clean.

Disliked:The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. None of the food was covered and it felt unsanitary. The food itself was unappetizing. The beds were very hard and the lighting in the room was bright and unpleasant. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing.

Liked:The bed was very comfortable. I liked the pool on the top floor but it is a bit small so l got up early to use it without others. The balcony overlooking the city was magnificent. Especially at night with the city lights.

Disliked:The hotel was a bit far north in the city but taxis and motorbikes are very cheap to hire so it was not that much of a problem.

Liked:The view from the window was beautiful

Disliked:1. The declared enabled services are not being performed. We bought a more expensive room with extras, but did not receive anything (do not take the included late check-out or high-speed internet) 2. Of the 7 days of stay, 4 days were not cleaned at all. We had to buy toilet paper and throw out the trash ourselves. 3. It was very noisy in the hallway, you could hear everything.
