Underwhelmed. Would not return.

Liked:It was conveniently located.

Disliked:There are many things. I have been working and traveling in Vietnam for over seven years now, and have come to appreciate the cultural desire to serve and be helpful. That helpfulness was no where to be seen here. From reception to every subsequent level, the staff were patently unhelpful. Service was slow. The quality of food at the reap was below the standard. It was like cheap cafeteria food. There were surcharges for every minor thing.

A wonderful resort with amazing facilities, friendly staff, and breathtaking views

Liked:We had an amazing stay at this resort. The pool was fantastic, with stunning views that made it the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was the best we've had, with a great selection and excellent quality. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle bus service, available twice a day, was a great added convenience. Overall, a wonderful resort that exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway

Disliked:The only downside was that our room was closer to the main road, so there was some traffic noise at times. We also experienced one night where other guests were quite loud until around 4:30 a.m., which affected our sleep. Aside from these minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Nice location

Liked:Staff were lovely. Grounds amazing. Rooms large and comfortable.

Disliked:Not being told on check in that the first evening the only option for dinner was a really expensive buffet, not the normal a la carte. We do not eat large amounts and had no lunch when we went to eat at 7 30 we were told about buffet, too late to go into town so went to bed hungry.
