Great place to stay!

Liked:Great place. Very clean, across from the beach. The front desk ladies (Thŏm and Tiēn) were so kind and helpful. I liked them when we checked in i loved them when our friends needed accommodations and the hotel they were supposed to stay at had overbooked and left them high and dry. They were empathetic to my friends plight, took them in, and made them feel comfortable with coming. Under such a stressful situation they were kind, considerate and welcoming. Dendritic is lucky to have them working there!

All was okay in the room.

Liked:Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. Good area for food and beach.

Disliked:One particular staff member was not very friendly. No welcoming smile. However, the other staff member was lovely, welcoming and bright. All beds should have two pillows per person. Showered bath was clumsy.

Liked:Just checked out of the dendro hotel after an unexpected 5 night stay. Originally I was only due to be there for two days, but unfortunately due to a medical condition I have, I had to stay for 5. I want to say a special thanks to receptionist Kim Linh for helping, assisting, and supporting me while I was suffering on my room. She was also ready to help me, whether that was bringing food I ordered up to my room, making sure I had plenty of water, and I was comfortable enough considering my Injuries. 🤝🙏 The room itself was comfortable, and the bed!!!! The comfiest Ned I've slept in in my Vietnam travels. Not too hard, soft enough to have a great rest and recover. The hotel itself is right on the main road running parallel to the beautiful beach and water, only a couple minutes walk. The swimming pool on the rooftop is small, but looked good, and shaded. Thankyou Kim Linh 🙏

Disliked:I just wish I wasn't Injured so I could have enjoyed the hotel and town itself a bit more.notjong wrong with my stay at the hotel.
