Disliked:I made a reservation at this hotel from August 26 to August 31. However, when my partner and I checked in on August 26, there was extremely loud music being played on the beach directly in front of the hotel. Even with the windows completely closed, the music was still extremely loud inside our room. We immediately informed the hotel staff about the situation and asked them to take action to resolve the noise issue. However, nothing was done to improve the situation. Even at 10:00 PM, the extremely loud music was still continuing. We called the front desk multiple times throughout the night to ask for assistance, but they failed to take any meaningful action. The loud music continued throughout the night and was still playing at 5:00 AM. As a result, my partner and I were unable to sleep at all that night. This was an extremely distressing and traumatic experience for both of us. We had taken time off work and traveled a long way looking forward to having a relaxing vacation, but instead, our very first night was completely ruined. We wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but despite repeatedly contacting the front desk, we were unable to get proper assistance or arrange an immediate checkout. We therefore had no choice but to remain at the hotel. When we eventually managed to speak with the hotel manager by phone, we were extremely disappointed to be told that the hotel would still charge us for that night. Given the circumstances and the fact that we had repeatedly reported the problem and asked the hotel to resolve it, we found this response very unreasonable and surprising. The hotel failed to provide a reasonable environment for us to sleep or enjoy our stay, and despite being informed of the problem multiple times, they failed to take appropriate action. We are therefore requesting a **full refund for the entire reservation**. We are not concerned about whether the refund is processed by Booking.com or directly by the hotel.

Great hotel, would definitely stay again.

Liked:The room was really spacious and comfortable, the bath on the balcony was lovely. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was of a good quality. We didn't use the hotel beach but used a nearby beach club, which was great and very inexpensive. Housekeeping was fabulous, and all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The pool area is quite small with only a few sunbeds.

Liked:Overall, it was a great stay. The staff were excellent, and the facilities were very good. It is definitely worth staying there. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city center, and you may need a 15-minute ride to reach downtown. However, this can also be an advantage, as there are much better beaches and more beautiful views on this side of the town.
