Just awful

Liked:We knew we weren't in for a good stay when we tried multiple times to contact the hotel 2 days prior to our booking. The bus we needed to get one was fully booked, so we tried to contact Apus to see if we could push our booking back by a day. We emailed. No response. Called multiple times with no answer. Did get to talk to someone once and they said they would respond by email, but of course, did not. Arrived at hotel very early in the morning after a long night bus and were told we could check in at 12:30. Wasted some time and were able to check in, asked about the date changes in our stay, and the guy "okay, I got the email." It wouldn't have hurt to replied when we sent it, but whatever. The gave us the room key and that was it. We found the room ourselves and it was TINY. Had a window that was right against the stairwell. The towels and sheets all seemed very old. The bathroom was very smelly (even for SE Asian standards) and the water pressure was sooo low. We went to collect my boyfriend's passport the night before we left as we had to leave early in the morning, and the (I assume) owner asked us if we drank any bottled water and we said two and he tried to charge us twice the listed price. We argued and gave him what we OWED him. TL:DR tiny rooms, gross bathrooms, rude and unhelpful staff. The rooms were cheap, but I would say spend a little more and stay anywhere else.

Just plain bad

Liked:A lot was wrong with this venture. We got a cheap room with four beds, so we were already not expecting luxury, but we were really unpleasantly surprised. Everything was dusty and gross, half of the appliances didn't work - even the phone to call the front desk to complain didn't work! We could never get warm water, the faucet broke, the fan lost its power cord, the AC remote didn't work, the cleaning staff did less than the minimum. On the plus side- there weren't many things on the plus side. But the WiFi was great, and we were close to a lot of street vendors and good food. That didn't really have anything to do with them, though; we just went looking for something to be excited about.

value for money

Liked:It is a good Little Hotel, where you get value for money. Its a cheep Hotel, good location. The Hotel has a Lot of trips, bus and traintickets, to a Nice price 😃. The rooms are a Little bit Small, but it is Okay 😃
