Liked:Very convenient location - close to the beach and lots of cafe-restaurants, also the big good supermarket in a mall just opposite. Bar on the top floor with beautiful views all around. The hotel is new and is very pleasant

We love our stay here!

Liked:The hotel is located on the second block from the beach close enough to easily walk to the main area, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the bustling streets. Lotte Mart is also just a few minutes’ walk away, which was very convenient. The triple room was spacious and comfortable for three people, and we especially enjoyed the partial sea view from the balcony. We truly loved our stay here!

Disliked:The breakfast variety could be improved. On our first morning, we arrived around 9:00 a.m., and several items had not been replenished. There were no juice glasses available, and parts of the buffet felt like they had run out. As a result, we chose to skip breakfast at the hotel on the second and third days and ate outside instead. The room was clearly designated as non-smoking; however, we occasionally noticed a strong smell of smoke coming from the bathroom, likely from another room. We reported this to the receptionist, and the issue was resolved promptly, which we appreciated.

Enjoyable stay

Liked:The location close to all attractions and the beautiful sea view and to see the sunrise in the morning. Breakfast they had a big verity to choose from. Then a special thanks to Quincy that arranged our transport to and from Dalat, also being of help when we needed it, thank you Quincy. Would recommend hotel.

Disliked:All good even coming back for one more night stay

Amazing Ocean View Suite and Outstanding Service

Liked:We considered several hotels in Nha Trang including Vinpearl Empire, Havana, and Prince Hotel, but ultimately went with the Annova and are so glad we did! We arrived around midnight after a long travel day, and Alex (Tai), who works the late night shift, was there to greet us and handle our check-in smoothly. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and also assisted us with extending our reservation and even arranged a late checkout, which made a big difference with our schedule. Our ocean view suite on the 20th floor was amazing. Waking up to the water every morning was a highlight, and our son absolutely loved it. The hotel is also just a five minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient. Breakfast was included with our stay, which was a great perk. They offer a solid spread of both Vietnamese and international dishes, and the menu rotates regularly so it never felt repetitive even during our extended stay. Highly recommend the Annova if you’re visiting Nha Trang. If you happen to check in late, Alex is your guy. He goes above and beyond.
