Overpriced, not great

Liked:I would not recommend this resort to anyone. I stayed in July and will be leaving tomorrow. Customer service is lacking and they penny pinch on everything. Considering you’re paying a premium for the stay, they can at least not charge your guests to visit you. Even if they don’t use amenities. Front desk was rude and made us wait during check-in as well. Construction noise heard everyday between 4-6pm as we are trying to nap before the night out. There is no new construction, so it must be the constant maintenance. Also at the end of the beach strip and not close to anything along the main street. Not worth it, stay at neighboring Alibu or Bomo for better experience.

Lovely villa in massive resort

Liked:We loved our villa, which was on the northern? side of the resort and very close to the beach. It was spacious, very clean, comfortable and private. I would definitely recommend trying to get a room in that area of the resort. The staff were very helpful. Free afternoon tea was appreciated.

Disliked:The resort is huge and at times felt crowded, particularly at breakfast. We tend to prefer more boutique accommodation, so a resort of this style isn't really our vibe. Unlike other places we stayed at in Vietnam, other guests were generally very unfriendly, perhaps because we speak English and most guests were Russian. It felt odd. It would have been good if staff were able to recommend tours or activities outside the resort, but it seems they were reluctant to do so because they couldn't guarantee the quality of external tours/services.
