The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that from 10 November 2025, room rates include a New Year’s Eve Dinner on 31 December for 2 adults per room (4 adults for 2-Bedroom Ocean View Villa), if the stay covers the night of 31 December. Children under 6 years old dine for free. Children from 6–12 years old will be charged for the dinner, payable directly at the resort.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
