Friendly staff both welcoming and restaurant setup for breakfast

Disliked:There were issues with the room mentioned the issues, but nothing was done Parking is a little touch and go with £10/day charge

Liked:How friendly and helpful the staff were. Muhammed was amazing, he carried our suitcases up and changed our room to the first floor because of my mobility issues. All the staff were friendly. However it worked both ways. Our room was small, but comfortable, clean and fresh, we also had a larger balcony with lovely sea views. Although the rooms were smaller, nothing could be done about that, they had everything we needed. Tea, coffee, water etc was provided, extras replaced if we ran short.

Disliked:Unhelpful reviews before going, I nearly cancelled our booking and I was extremely nervous which didn't lead to a good start. We were only at the hotel for 3 nights so nothing to complain about.

The Hotel needs a complete deep clean and get all the staff trained

Liked:The Hotel is not as advertised on Booking.com. It is an unsafe place to stay. Via doors propped open with a wedge banisters on the stairs only a few. The place is filthy dirty carpets, dust on all light fittings room not serviced after one night. Breakfast just full English and that’s it no cereals no other breakfast items poorly cooked by a chef that’s not even wearing Chef From Chariot all the furniture very badly stained manager running around like a headless chicken four stars you’re joking if I could give it four minus that would be the point.

Was ok apart from a small room and this buzzing noise.Douvet could have done with a clean

Liked:Nice receptionist,very close to the town centre

Disliked:Room was small and was put at the rear of the property and I heard all the deliveries in the morning as well as noise coming from adjacent room and there was what seemed like a buzzing noise coming from outside every single night.
