Wouldn’t recommend

Liked:Only the location

Disliked:The room wasn’t clean at all. There was hair everywhere, including in the bathroom, and they even gave us a used toilet roll. The bed was broken, and despite paying for a parking space, someone else took our spot. When we contacted the hotel, they did nothing to resolve the issue. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and not what we expected.

Bad to worse

Liked:The bed was comfy.

Disliked:The lift was out of order, I have MS so it was hard getting my cases up. Tea and coffee available but no cutlery to even stir it, couldn't get the tv to work, the shower plug had murky water with floating scum in it so couldn't even have a shower and the walls were so thin you could hear every door that opened, every person that passed the corridor and up the stairs as well as traffic and noise from outside. Lasted one night was meant to be there for 6. Even before checking out early my reserved car spot had someone else's registration on so could've been clamped!
