Nice but been in better with outside space

Disliked:No hoover or brush no washing line for drying beach wear no outside tap for washing beach wear. 2 flight of stairs to flat no view. Parking poor for 2 cars. Egress if fire occurs. Response on phone at weekend

Liked:Beautiful apartment it was what it said it was And pictures say it all really. As a family of 7 it really accommodated us.

Disliked:Can’t say there is anything we didn’t like about this apartment. The only thing we didn’t like was we didn’t have a broom to sweep up after ourselves as we had 5 children with us and gets messy. So would of liked to clean the floor

Avoid - parking for 1 small car. Window left open to flood bedroom and allow dirt to blow in for weeks. Left with young

Disliked:On arrival we quickly realised there is not parking for 2 cars - there is one small space and half a space next to the wall with drains covering half the space - not suitable to drive over. Had to pay hotel down road to park as double yellow lines along road. £10 per night. Once inside the property we notice a window had been left open and a substantial amount of water had leaked onto the bed and floor. The company tried saying it was a recent storm had blown window open but not possible with heavy velux windows, the rooms were filthy with dirt which had blown in for weeks, this had not been cleaned prior to our arrival it had been cleaned when the previous occupants left in October and not checked since. Disgusting leaving a property like this for us to arrive after a long drive. After complaining they gave my details to the cleaner and she arrived a few hours later! There was no cleaning items ie broom dustpan and brush or vacuum in the property and when asked was told the owner doesn’t like to leave one! Absurd! The next day the cleaner arrived with a humidifier- the floor was still saturated 5 days later when we left and my daughter couldn’t sleep in this room. We also let another resident know as the property underneath must have damp in their ceiling and the smell was unbearable! Completely ruined our stay and no compensation given. Our parents left early we couldn’t stand it any longer. Stayed in a lot of properties in Newquay and this company has been the worse. No phone call only a email. They don’t answer the phone when you ring the contact number.
