Would not stay again

Liked:Good location

Disliked:Stains on the walls , stains kn the bath tub , holes in the wall and and roof , couch had a huge stain on one side . We didn’t feel comfortable to sleep or sit on it .

Liked:The location was good and the suite was nice for our first stay.

Disliked:I stayed there for 1 week, left for a couple days and came back. Our room for the second was on the 3rd floor and there was a small water leak. Decided to leave and stay somewhere else. Been trying to contact the hotel but never received a response back.

The rooms were not to my expectations and the Breakfast bagel was hard. Staff was kind.

Disliked:First night out room was cold the carpet was damp and it smelled like mildew. The bathroom tub was slippery and my friend fell. We asked to be moved to another room the next day and were moved to a better room still smelled a little mildew but was better than the first room.

Liked:Upon check in the front desk was friendly. I asked if they would hold our luggage until the check in time and he was able to get early check in. After this it steadily went down hill. The room on the ground floor was dirty and run down. The couch cushions were stained and souled; the bathroom had hair and dirt. I asked the front desk to change rooms. After an hour we switched to the 3rd floor which was slightly cleaner, but missing a security latch. That evening we discovered the toilet was clogged, I called the front desk and was told to come downstairs and get the plunger. I asked if they could bring it up and was told no. Within 5 minutes I went to the front desk and then waited 15 minutes for the front desk to find a plunger. Eventually he came back with dollar store plunger in a white trash bag and handed it to me. The next morning we get up to get breakfast and there was a sign about the oven being out of service so there's no way to cook, toast or heat breakfast. The pancake maker was producing raw pancakes. They also ran out of milk for the cereal. I have requested someone get back to serveral times and no one has. I have video and pictures of it all. I confirmed talking to a couple that were leaving that day, the breakfast had been unavailable for atleast 3 days before our arrival. Common courtesy would be to notify us ahead of time, giving me the option to find a different hotel. *** update after reaching out to dispute the charges with Hotels .com, the front desk reported I never complained to them and breakfast was available despite the pictures of the sign declaring the oven not working. Terrible experience.
