A good accommodation close to Manhattan

Liked:Everything is fine. The room, friendly service, cleanliness. The neighbourhood is ok, close to public transport to Manhattan.

Good stay, but unresolved billing issue with $400 significantly affected my experience.

Liked:The room was clean, comfortable and well located. The staff was polite and helpful during the stay.

Disliked:I was charged an additional $400 as a deposit and was informed this amount would be refunded after I paid the full stay with another card. However, more than 10 days have passed and the refund has not been processed. This unresolved billing issue is very disappointing.
