Liked:Beds and pillows were comfortable

Disliked:Took a while to get hot water to our shower and faucet. Our reservation was for 2 adults and 2 kids and were only given 3 towels, staff not super knowledgeable about how to get to places using the different public transportation. No elevator from the parking garage to the hotel.

A reliable and friendly option for LGA layovers.

Liked:This is our go to for overnights between flights. Front desk staff makes check in a breeze. Room was comfortable and clean. Our server at dinner was great, a real Queens Mom. Left before breakfast, but maybe next time. Shuttle to airport was dependable and driver was very helpful. We'll be back.

Disliked:Hallways could have used a bit of attention. Our room was very far from the elevators.
