Liked:It took a while to get service, but extra coffee and an iron was delivered.

Disliked:Be prepared to spent $20 a day for parking, it was not readily explained how to get to the parking area for the hotel in the Pier Parkade nor that the fee was daily and not a one time expense. I was also disappointed with there only being 2 caffeine coffees in the room despite booking for 3 people.

Liked:Location was perfect as we where travelling for the world Cup ,Near Skytrain verry convenient

Disliked:The neighborhood is under development with a lot of homeless people in the streets ,hotel was overpriced .

Disliked:There is no parking, when you check in you disturb the bus stop outside. The search for public parking was such a struggle.

Cheap and cheerful

Liked:Decently priced. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very nice and professional. Definitely smelled clean even though the wear and tear makes it look rough. That was reassuring.

Disliked:Room was tired. Needs new carpets, new mattress, wall repairs, paint, shower head.
